Mesón de Cándido

El restaurante "Mesón de de Cándido", es un restaurante con mucha historia, ya que ha estado ahí desde el año 1884.Cuando uno visita Segovia tiene que realizar una comida como mínimo en el lugar con más tradición de la ciudad y este es el Mesón de Cándido.
Lugar situado junto al acueducto. Que más se le puede pedir. Su gastronomía es la tradicional de la zona con una experiencia superior en ella. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte, de que al reservar la mesa, nos dieran la mejor de todo el restaurante, ya que la pedimos.
Justamente, nuestra mesa, daba hacia el gran acueducto de Segovia, y esto hizo que tuviéramos una mejor estancia. obviamente, habíamos pedido el cochinillo, su especializado, y por lo que todo el mundo va a verlo. También por su espectáculo tradicional de diario, partiendo el cochinillo con un plato, y luego tirándolo al suelo, haciÉndose que se rompa en mil pedazos.
El mejor cochinillo que hemos probado. Si tenéis la suerte de ir a Segovia, no os olvidéis de pasaros por aquí. Te tratarán como reyes.

We were lucky, that when booking the table, they gave us the best of all the restaurant, since we asked for it. Just, our table, faced the great aqueduct of Segovia, and this made us have a better stay. Obviously, we had ordered the suckling pig, its spezialiced, and so everyone is going to see it. Also for his traditional daily show, splitting the suckling pig with a plate, and then throwing it on the ground, causing it to break into a thousand pieces.
The best suckling pig we've tried. If you are lucky enough to go to Segovia, do not forget to stop by. They will treat you like kings.
